You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

• 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

You’ll work with a modern, up-to-date tech stack (latest PHP, frameworks, databases) in a fully containerized environment, running Kubernetes in production for over seven years. Tackle big data challenges daily, explore Go in real projects, and help shape the engineering standards and best practices we follow.

📅 Your day-to-day: 📅

• Develop systems and solutions that are easily scalable.
• Write clean, tested, documented code that delivers real business value.
• Own the entire development cycle - from research and prototyping to deployment.
• Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation.
• Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project.
• Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices to optimize them for best performance and stability.

🌟 Your experience & skills: 🌟

• Deep knowledge in PHP (preferably Symfony framework; other frameworks are a nice to have).
• Some experience or interest in Golang, NodeJS, or similar languages.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and how to write optimized queries and debug them.
• Knowledge of why automated tests are valuable.
• Familiarity with or interest in real-time data processing and event streaming.
• Passion for technology and a desire to constantly try new things.
• Experience with any of the following technologies we extensively use: Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, Gitlab CI, Redis.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

• Gross salary: 4000 - 6400 EUR/month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
